NSF charges: A $15.00 fee will be applied for all NSF cheques.
Confirmation: All registrations will be confirmed by mail, once payment has been received. All classes are subject to minimum and maximum participant numbers.
Refund policy: No refunds will be given for withdrawal from classes unless the request is received a minimum of one week prior to the beginning of the registered session (Exceptions will be made for documented medical reasons). A $25 administration fee will be charged on ALL program fee refunds.
*Membership fee: Anyone participating in a CYPT program must be members of our Society for an annual fee of $10.00 per family expiring May 31, 2011. This fee will be added on to your registration.
