1881. London England. Wounded army doctor John Watson arrives to try and put the horrors of war behind him and find a new life. What he finds instead is one Sherlock Holmes, a rather boorish and egotistical man who dubs himself “The World’s First Consulting Detective.” The two unlikely new flatmates are thrust into a dangerous case that has the police baffled. An American criminal is found murdered, and Holmes believes this is only the beginning. A master criminal is out for revenge and no one in London is safe. Watson battles his own physical and psychological scars from the war, and his past, to try and help Holmes solve the case and not punch the arrogant genius in the face in the process.
